DEAR KELLY RUSS & COLLEAGUES
Thank you for receiving this brief message of information and support for cause / no pipeline
THE UNSC INTEGRITY CHALLENGE
We are in substantive dialogue with Chief Calliou / Rocky Mountain : Kelly Lake Cree Nation (RMCN) on matters of territorial integrity and economic development through; including our interest proposals regarding STT (Sthuy'shen 'Telew 'T-hw) capitalization options (arising through our original and irrevocable provisions from the Pawnee Nation of Oklahoma's international banking initiatives since 1993). And, we thought that the following points may be of interest to Coastal First Nations; in particular with regards to the continued questions of oil / gas pipelines through your territories.
The illustrations below are intended to serve only as a guide to the evolution of our political thoughts on matters of territorial integrity. Since 1960, we have developed domestic and international sustainable, closed-loop business platforms; centralizing our efforts upon energy, nutrition, health care, education, and, employment; concentrating upon research and development of technologies and applications of the bio-sciences. This has been directed through the mission concepts of protecting and preserving the customs and traditions of those citizens within the absolute political domains of sovereignty; incorporating the absolute nation state doctrines. SVS-IHHI is the modus operandi.

The Mission Statement establishes that each SVS-IHHI shall be 100% owned and operated by the in situ population within < 10 years of operations commencement. Since 1960, we have developed green energy Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) as the SVS-IHHI fulcrum; establishing billion dollar sustainable biomass energy assets as the capitalization does not capitalize the project. Our STT PHT Group enters the in situ territory as the Master Project Manager (MPM); negotiating permits and licences; establishing the business plan; negotiating the PPAs; completing the Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs); securing the technologies; establishing the training programs; and, secures the capital through our For-Profit Humanitarian template.

Alternatives to fossil fuels is the focus of our Mission. Our people bring forward indigenous custom and tradition leadership as hereditary chiefs, elders; and, clan mothers; including shqwi'qwals who are UN Security Council registered (through Canadian diplomatic endorsements since 2000) as international oil traders - with our principal economist having more than 30 years with international oil companies.

Our purpose in communicating today is to establish dialogue with Coastal First Nations as a significant facet of our Turtle Islands mission (and, global) to facilitate the transition from fossil fuel dependence into the sustainable green energy industries of which we are capable today - and, to create the impetus within this century for the survival modes that will live through this unfolding next ice age.

Thank you / huy'ch'qu' for receiving this short introductory communication; which seeks only to establish a friendly, non-committal dialogue with Coastal First Nations; through which we may proceed to help Canada understand its limited role in the future of this west coast.
